1. Privacy Policy (The “Data” Stuff)
This is required by Apple and Google to get your game on their stores.
What we collect:
- Device Info: We might see what phone you use (like an iPhone 15) to make sure the game doesn’t crash.
- Game Progress: We save your high scores and what level you’re on so you don’t lose your hard work.
- Ad Identifiers: If the game has ads, we use a standard ID to show you things you might actually like.
What we don’t do:
- We don’t sell your personal name or email to “Candy Spammers.”
- We don’t track your location outside of the game.
2. Terms of Service (The “Fair Play” Rules)
This protects you as the developer.
Rule #1: The “No Sour Grapes” Clause (Cheating)
We want BonBon Blast to be fair. Using “bots,” hacks, or third-party software to skip levels or get unlimited lives is a one-way ticket to being banned. Play sweet, don’t cheat!
Rule #2: Virtual Goods (In-Game Purchases)
If you buy “Sugar Boosters” or “Gold Wrappers,” please note:
- These have no real-world cash value.
- All sales are final (unless the App Store says otherwise).
- If you delete your account, your unused candy might disappear into the void!
Rule #3: Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old (or have a parent’s permission) to play. We want to make sure the younger “bonbons” are safe online.
Rule #4: Ownership
All the art, the music, and that catchy BonBon Blast logo belong to Alsawwir Hub Limited. Please don’t remake the game and call it “Sweetie Explosion.”
3. The “Community Spirit” (Optional but Recommended)
A little section to set the tone of your brand.
“At BonBon Blast, we believe in fun, frustration-free puzzles. We reserve the right to update the game, change level difficulties, and add new flavors whenever we want to keep the blast alive!”
